Express Shipping Disaster: 19 Days & Zero Care! 😠
My terrible online shopping experience is a cautionary tale. I genuinely believe this is a terrible company. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paying for express 3-5 day shipping because my old ones broke. Day 5 rolled around, still in production. Day 10, still in production. Day 11, with no progress, I felt compelled to call customer service. This whole ordeal made me realize someone doesn't give a crap about their customers.
Customer: My order from March 30th, with express shipping, is still stuck. It's been 11 days, still in production! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the significant delay. Let me check the latest status for you. Customer: I paid for 3-5 day shipping. This is unacceptable. I need a refund for the shipping at least. CS Rep: I can absolutely process that $10 express shipping refund for you immediately. I see it's now estimated to be delivered around Day 19. Customer: Day 19? That's almost three weeks! Still no glasses, after paying for express? This is just terrible, terrible, terrible service. CS Rep: I completely agree it's frustrating. We're actively working to get your order expedited as much as possible.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
